Winter Park tubing hill to open this weekend

Kewaunee Countys Winter Park will open its tubing hill today. County employees and members of the Winter Park volunteer group invested countless hours to prepare the hill for operation. In addition, Mother Nature has been generous in providing the initial snow base for Winter Park.
