The Door County Tourism Zone Commission wants every inn, motel, bed and breakfast, hotel, cabin, condominium and home that rents or offers to rent their property for less than 30 days at a time to pay the 5.5 percent room tax, due on the first of the month. Penalties are applied if the payment is late.
